WELCOME...to the official website of the F-TYPE ENTHUSIASTS CLUB, otherwise better known as the F-TypeEC. Formed back in May 2014 the club today brings together an international community of F-Type owners and enthusiasts. A club that is dedicated solely to these particular models of the Jaguar marque.
Originally unveiled at the Paris Motor Show back in September 2012 the Jaguar F-TYPE soon became Jaguars flagship sports car.
To acknowledge its original creation and to promote models such as the Project 7, AWD, Manual and SVR versions the F-Type Enthusiasts Club (F-TypeEC) was formed in May 2014.
So whether you own a V6, V8, S, R, AWD, Manual, SVR, Project 7, 400 Sport, coupe or convertible we simply cater for all. We bring together an international community of F-TYPE owners and enthusiasts and allow them to enjoy their car(s) and club membership to the full.
The F-TypeEC's club office is located within a high spec office accommodation at The Old Rectory in Northfleet, Kent.
Our office sits within the former Rectory itself, which is now a newly refurbished Grade II Listed Building in a beautifully landscaped setting situated half a mile north of the A2, and half a mile east of Ebbsfleet International Rail Terminal with excellent motorway connections to the M25 and A2/M2 motorway.
The Club office is open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Members gathered together for the latest Southern Area Regional Breakfast Meet at the Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit in Sussex. Great food and company and reserved tables upstairs for club members.
Members were given the opportunity to go on a visit to the Jaguar Factory at Castle Bromwich in Birmingham on Wednesday 20th September 2017 for a very informative and enjoyable tour of the F-Type Production Line. A great day out was had by all and everyone enjoyed the exclusive insight into witnessing first hand the entire production process from sheet metal to finished car.
Jaguar have released pictures and details of the new and exclusive 400 SPORT launch edition. Offered worldwide but for one model year only, the 400 SPORT features an uprated version of the supercharged 3.0-litre V6 with maximum power increased from 380PS to 400PS.
Customers will be able to choose between rear- and all-wheel drive to suit their preferred driving style, and all models benefit from the eight-speed Quickshift transmission and mechanical limited-slip differential.
Distinctive Yellow and Dark Satin Grey 400 SPORT badges on the front and rear hint at the 400PS beneath the clamshell bonnet and perfectly complement the choice of Indus Silver, Santorini Black or Yulong White paint. The car's perfect proportions are enhanced with the Sport Design Pack comprising a more prominent front splitter, extended side sills and rear diffuser finished in sleek Dark Satin Grey.
The extra power is complemented by an uprated chassis comprising Super Performance braking system featuring 380mm front and 376mm rear discs and black calipers with 400 SPORT logo, 20-inch wheels with unique Dark Grey Satin finish and the Configurable Dynamics system which allows drivers to select individual settings for the throttle, transmission, steering and dampers.
The cabin benefits from the same attention to detail. Yellow contrast stitching is used throughout the premium leather interior, and the 400 SPORT logo is embroidered into the headrests of the slimline Performance seats with 12-way adjustment. Additional 400 SPORT branding is applied to the flat-bottomed steering wheel, black brushed aluminium centre console finisher and the sill treadplates. Anodised aluminium gearshift paddles are another highlight of the driver-focused cockpit.
Jaguar is broadening the appeal of the new F-TYPE with the introduction of the state-of-the-art four-cylinder Ingenium petrol engine. The award winning F-TYPE family now spans from the entry-level four-cylinder model to Jaguar’s 200mph all-weather supercar – the F-TYPE SVR.
The pairing of Jaguar’s all-aluminium two-seat sports car with the advanced 300PS 2.0-litre turbocharged powerplant delivers Jaguar sports car DNA with enhanced agility and improved efficiency and affordability. This is a true F-TYPE, with its own unique character.
The new model retains the performance expected from the F-TYPE, and can accelerate from 0-60mph in only 5.4 seconds and achieve a top speed of 155mph. The turbocharged engine’s high maximum torque of 400Nm, generated from just 1,500rpm, together with the eight-speed Quickshift transmission, delivers exceptional response throughout the rev range.
Not only is the 300PS Ingenium engine the most powerful four-cylinder unit ever offered in a production Jaguar, it also generates the highest specific power output of any engine in the F-TYPE range: 150PS per litre. It also makes this the most efficient F-TYPE in the range, with a 16 per cent improvement in fuel economy over the 340PS V6, together with CO2 emissions of just 163g/km on the European combined cycle.
